Starter plan

Starter is free — there's never a charge, so there's nothing to refund.

Builder Pro and Studio

These are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you'd already canceled — contact us and we'll fix it.
